About This Service

When:

  • 7 days a week

Age band:

  • Adults 18+

For people with:

  • Dementia/Alzheimer's

  • Mental health needs

  • Learning disability's

  • Parkinson's

Providing household care:

  • Cleaning

  • Laundry

  • General help around the house

  • Shopping

  • Meal preparation

  • Pet care

  • Gardening

  • Household admin

  • Companionship

  • Help with computers

Providing medical care:

  • End of life/palliative care

Level of service:

  • Pop in calls

  • Respite care

  • End of life care

Transport:

  • Can provide own transport

  • Provide transport for social occasions/shopping/events/etc

Providing personal care:

  • General personal care

  • Assistance getting out and about

  • Medication assistance and prescription collection etc

We are a registered member of the 'Support With Confidence' scheme, regulated by East-Sussex County Council.

Accreditations

Support With Confidence

The Support with Confidence scheme is run by East Sussex County Council Trading Standards and Adult Social Care.

All services are vetted and approved on grounds of quality, safety, and training before being approved as a member of the scheme.

The Support With Confidence scheme covers services provided to adults (people aged 18 and over).

Please be aware that COVID vaccination is not a requirement of Support With Confidence scheme membership. If you would like to know the vaccination status of any scheme member, please ask the service provider for further details.
